Tali Maria is a 3 year old Border Collie and Cattle Dog mix. She absolutely loves her job at Time to Paws. She goes to work every day as a Dog Walker's helper with an abundance of positive energy which becomes infectious in all the dogs around her.

All the other dogs absolutely love Tali, and the walks just wouldn't be the same without her. She also does a wonderful job in assisting Didi Antonio our Senior Project Manager with all the companies day to day co-ordinating duties.

Paola Carroll began her work with dogs at a young age. She has been involved in different areas of the pet care industry for over 15 years.‚Äč

Paola began her career in Florida where her love for animals was evident as she spent countless hours volunteering in animal shelters and veterinary clinics.

In 2005 she made a move to London Ontario where her love for dogs continued to be her main priority. While volunteering with the London Humane Society Paola continued to build on her knowledge and experience with dogs by working at a local doggy daycare and a veterinary hospital while also studying obedience training techniques in her spare time.

In 2007 Paola arrived in Calgary, and it didn't take long for her to realize that this city is where she wanted to settle and call home.  Calgary is also where she really started to find her groove with dogs.

Continuing to work in a local doggy daycare and also providing dog walking services part time, Paola naturally started putting the training theory she had studied to work. It wasn't long before dog walking and obedience training became a full time practice for Paola. And she couldn't be more happy doing it.

Meet Mr. Didi Antonio. This cute little hairball is a 12 year old Pomeranian and he is our Senior Project Manager. He has a wealth of experience in working with dogs. Not only does he keep all our projects running smoothly he is also great at keeping all the dogs in order. If anyone steps out of line he is sure to get things back on track with a quick correction.
